Sally Razo is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist who has dedicated over 10 years to the field of aesthetics. She is skilled and focused on helping clients achieve their personalized beauty goals with a strong commitment to safety and expertise. A graduate of Westminster College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sally began her career in the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Department, honing her skills for over a decade.

In 2012, Sally moved to California where she discovered her love for the aesthetics field. Through hard work and dedication, she established herself as a trusted and caring provider, driven by a desire to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. With a vision to impact more lives, Sally founded The Beauty Crew Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2020. Recognizing the value of teamwork, she assembled a team of experts, in various aesthetic disciplines. Together, “The Beauty Crew” delivers cutting-edge technology, the latest trends, and the most up-to-date techniques in a range of procedures.

As a woman with a strong family focus, Sally takes pride in being a mother of five. Her commitment to her children is evident: three are currently pursuing college educations, inspired by her example. In her limited free time, Sally fosters her younger children’s love for sports and education, demonstrating a well-rounded approach to life. While Sally finds immense joy in raising her children, she also makes time for personal pursuits, demonstrating the importance of balance in life.

She also loves rock climbing for the thrill and trying out new restaurants, but what she loves the most is spending time with her family and beloved dog.
